1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges on eligible items. Please contact us to initiate an exchange, subject to availability.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
